Blue Ridge Haven

The house

Haven was built in 2019 in a quiet residential pocket of Woodfin, close enough to downtown Asheville that dinner reservations are easy but far enough out that the street is quiet at night.

The main floor holds the kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, and patio, with all four bedrooms upstairs. There is a wood-burning fireplace for cold evenings, a covered deck for warm ones, and a fenced backyard off the deck. Downstairs there is also a pool table and a ping pong table, which tend to decide how the evenings go.

What's in the house

Bedrooms: Four, all upstairs. Two king beds and two queen beds.
Extra sleeping: Pull-out sofa, bringing the total to ten
Bathrooms: Three full baths and one half bath
Main floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room, deck, patio
Games: Pool table and ping pong table
Fireplace: Wood burning
Working: Wifi throughout and a dedicated workspace
Outside: Covered deck and a fenced backyard
Parking: One-car garage plus four or five in the driveway. The driveway is sloped but not steep. Please do not park on the road.

Works for families, a group of friends, or two or three couples travelling together.

Downtown Asheville

Seven minutes by car to the restaurants and breweries.

Woodfin

A quiet residential street, so the house is a base rather than a scene.
